At Eula RX, we strive to ensure that our products meet the high standards of quality and efficacy that our customers expect. We understand that sometimes a product may not fit your needs or expectations. Here's our process for returns:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Return:

1. Contact me at Alison@EulaRX.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back the product.
3. Pack the item securely and include the original receipt in the package.
4. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item and it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

You will be notified via email when your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product for any reason, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you desire.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Please note that certain items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
